Display Criteria
- We will post library-specific content as well as content from campus partners promoting programs and events.
- We are not able to promote student organization programs and events at this time.
Design Requirements
- Any text on the image should be readable from a distance. Be concise and avoid excessive words. Use a large font whenever possible.
- Ensure that your color combinations have a high contrast ratio and meet accessibility standards. Use the WebAIM Contrast Checker tool to ensure that the color contrast is 4.5:1 or higher.
- Images are subject to design review.
File Requirements
- Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, PPT, PPTX. Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels minimum (W x H)

- Send your file to laurel.eby@sjsu.edu, and include start and end dates.
