Partners In Reading logoPartners in Reading (PAR) enables English-speaking adults and their families to improve their basic literacy skills so they can achieve their goals and function more effectively at home, in the community, at work and as lifelong learners. Volunteers needed
to help adults improve their reading and writing!

Become a Tutor and work one-to-one or lead a small group with
English-speaking adults who read or write below the
ninth grade level.

Tutor Training in July 2008

Location: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library
Orientation - Wednesday, July 16, 2008, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Training - Saturday, July 19 and July 26, 2008
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Pre-registration is required in order to attend.
