PAR Mission Statement

 Partners
in Reading (PAR) enables English-speaking adults and their
families to improve their basic literacy skills so they can
achieve their goals and function more effectively at home,
in the community, at work and as lifelong learners. For a

Become
a Tutor and work one-to-one
or lead a small group with
English-speaking adults
who read or write below the
ninth grade level.
Tutor Training in July 2008

Orientation
- Wednesday, July 16, 2008, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Training
- Saturday, July 19 and July 26, 2008
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

in order to attend.
