Integral Tai Chi can be easily learned and practiced by all ages and body types.

Book Scouts - Library Skills Program

Book Scout meetings are held once per month on the second Friday of the month. The program will last 2 hours. During Book Scout meetings, children will learn library research skills and academic writing skills: creating bibliographies, citing quotations, using correct writing style, etc. Children will receive a small snack at the end of the program. The program is designed for children ages 6 through 12.
