- Go to the My AOL menu, select Preferences
- Select WWW
- From the Security tab, select Custom
Level
- Scroll to Scripting. From Scripting of
Java applets, select Enable
- Select OK. Select OK again
- Close Preferences
- Restart the browser

- Go to the keyword Netscape
- Download the Netscape browser
- Use this browser with AOL in order to access and use JavaScript-enabled
sites

menu
- Select the Web Features icon
- Check Enable JavaScript
- Select OK
- Refresh your page

- Select Tools from your menu bar, then
select Internet Options
- Select the Security tab and select the
Custom Level button
- In the dialogue box, scroll to the Scripting
section and enable "Active Scripting" & "Scripting
of Java Applets" (click in the radio button)
- Select OK in each dialogue box
- Refresh your page

- Select View from your menu bar
- Select Preferences, then select Advanced
- Select Internet Options, then the Security
tab
- For the Internet Zone, select Custom
and then Settings
- Scroll down to the Scripting area of
the list
- Under Scripting, set "Active scripting" to Enable,
and set "Scripting of Java applets" to Enable
- Select OK and return to the Security Setting
- Select Apply, select OK
- Refresh your page

should both be checked
- Select OK

- Under Java check "Enable Java"
