Asian American Center History

The Asian American Center was established by a presidential directive in the Spring of 2000. The Asian American Center aims to be a place on campus where students of Asian descent are welcome to study, research, gather, and connect with San Jose State University. Community members can also bridge the gap between SJSU and the rich history and contributions of Asian Americans in this region.
