National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (SCAN / NATOA)
for Community Event - "A Community of the Curious"

This annual award recognizes excellence in government programming in California and Nevada using cable telecommunications. "A Community of the Curious" documents the history of the King Library up through the grand opening celebration. The King Library tied for First Place in the "Community Event (less than 400K)" category. The award was announced May 20, 2004 and awarded to CSJ Civic Center TV.
