Wild Roses (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Deb Caletti
Wow this book was just so totally great, whether you're a music lover or not! It's about a young violinist, Ian, who falls in love with Cassie who has a deranged stepfather who tries to keep them apart. This story is so beautiful and I LOVE IT. You won't be able to put it down. It actually makes sense what the author says about music, and how fame can be really damaging. This story is very emotional.

Pretty. Odd. (Music CD) 5 stars!
Author: Panic at the Disco
This is the follow up to Panic's first album. Pretty. Odd. is an amazing album and it's like nothing you've heard before! It's extremely different than their first album but it's really good. My friends kinda like it, but I love it! Some good tracks are "That Green Gentleman" and "Pas De Cheval" I love their first album the best though =]

Eclipse (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Stephenie Meyer
At first this book looked spooky and angry, because of the black color. As I read the first one, Twilight, I began hooked and then the second, New Moon. Then it was the third - the best one! I strongly urge you to read it, especially if you like romance and lovey dovey stuff with a lot of action. I promise you you will not be unsatisfied - unless you cannot wait for the fourth book. Like me!

Twilight (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Stephenie Meyer
One of my friends introduce me to this book and said its very terrific. This book is about a girl named Isabella Swan. She moved to this place called Forks. There she met this beautiful, vampire boy name Edward. Together, they fell in love and went through many wild, crazy adventures. There is more sequels which is New Moon, Eclipse, and the 4th sequal coming this fall - Breaking Dawn.

Circle the Soul Softly (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Davida Wills Hurwin
This book is not like any other book. It's about a girl who doesn't remember her life. No, wait, she remembers the stuff she should, like her mom, her brother, etc., but she spaces out a lot. Her dad died of cancer, and now her mom is getting remarried to this guy at least twenty years older than her. She finally establishes herself as "cool" when the memories come back, and they are very blurry. She's afraid of her boyfriend at times all of a sudden, and then he freaks out on her. Memories of her dad are there, and when she fits the puzzle pieces together, her mom is in denial. This story is amazing, and you just get so in it. I couldn't put it down.

Dream Factory (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Brad Barkley & Heather Hepler
If I were to describe this book in one word, it would be "Whoa!" It's a romance with no plot to it. Okay, so there is a plot, but it's pretty vague. Luke S. Krause is this guy who works as Dale (as in Chip and Dale) at Disney World with his girlfriend, Cassie, who works as Chip. Cassie is perfect in every way: she's smart, cute, talented, and has her life planned out. Luke has a life planned out for him, but he doesn't want it. Ella, on the other hand, has no future planned out, and feels out of it. Ella works as Cinderella at Disney World, and has just lost her brother recently and been deserted by her parents. This story is amazing. You have to read it!

Princess Academy (Book) 4 stars
Author: Shannon Hale
I thought it was awesome! The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because I thought the author maybe should have described the quarie talk or whatever. But all in all its a book worth reading!

Art Geeks and Prom Queens (Book) 5 stars!

My friend gave me the book. I started reading it, because it was better listing to my boring (language arts) teacher talk. During that semester I read the book at least 57 times. I've now owned this book for almost three years now. And it's still FABULOUS!

Red Scarf Girl (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Ji Li Jiang
This book was really interesting because it showed what the author of the book had to live through during the Cultural Revolution in China. You can learn a lot from the things that happen in the book about the history of the Cultural Revolution. This was an AWESOME book! I would really recommend it.

"A-List" Novels (Books) 5 stars!
Author: Zoey Dean
This series is so great it gives us girls something to do besides think of our own drama filled lives. This book is great if you have always wondered how the other half lives, it gives you the inside scoop on everything that could happen if you lived in Beverly Hills and had the money to live like a rockstar. I recomend this book to everyone also you will find this book extremely entertaining if you like Gossip Girl by Cecily von Zieger just a little something to think about, next time your at your local library.

The Changeover (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Margaret Mahy
Margaret Mahy's The Changeover is an enchanting mix of dangerous magic and sacrifices that grabs the reader's attention from the amusing beginning.

Unique from other books about magic, The Changeover isn't simply about a girl getting magic powers and using them. The novel tells the tale of the bond between siblings and how the best things can be right under your nose the whole time.

Mahy's gripping story executes a perfect combination of adventure and romance as she asks readers, "How far will you go to help a loved one?" Readers will fall in love with the inpulsive Laura Chant and the incomplete Sorry Carlisle in this utterly perfect novelette.

Twilight (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Stephenie Meyer
This book is about a girl named Isabella Swan, preferred to be known as Bella. She moves to a rainy town called Forks where her father lives. At school everyone knows her because her mother moved away to get away from Bella's father. She meets a boy nemaed Edward who seems to her to be made by the gods, he looks so amazing. Then she finds out all of the amazing people -- or things -- that are hidden in our world. I loved this book because it is captivating and you get very attached to all of the characters within the first three chapters. And after you read this book, you can read the sequals, New Moon and Eclipse.

Into the Wild (Warrior Series) (Book) 5 stars!
Author: Erin Hunter
One day a cat named Rusty decides to wander beyond the backyard fence and into the forest. He is attacked by a stray cat named Graypaw. Graypaw tells him that he belongs to a clan of cats called Thunder Clan and that there are 3 other Clans (River Clan, Shadow Clan, and Wind Clan). He also says that cat heaven is called Star Clan. The clan leader has been watching them and she decides to ask him to join the clan. Rusty says yes and he and Graypaw become great friends and Rusty goes through many adventures in the clan. It was a great book because the author used plenty of detail so it wasn't hard to understand.

Author: Susan Weyn
Gracie is a teen age girl who wants to play soccer in her home town, but nobody thinks she can do it. She practices with her brothers to get better. She makes the J.V. team, and is told to play with the Varsity ... This is the best book I've ever read because she shows courage and strength.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Book) 5 stars!
Author: J.K. Rowling
This is the last book in the series of Harry Potter. The book is about a young wizard on his quest to end an evil wizard's life. He and his three friends experience many perils in the name of the "greater good". This book is very well written and is a fast read for 780 pages. The book is enthralling, especially during the summer when you are very bored.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Book) 5 stars!
Author: J.K. Rowling
This is the first book in the series about harry Potter, an eleven-year-old boy who finds out that he's a wizard. He goes to the wizarding school Hogwarts and the book tells of his adventures and you learn that it is never a happily ever after for Harry Potter. This book is the best one of the whole series because it really describes the magic, so that you can really feel the magic! It's better than the last book because in teh last book you get sad about some of the plot twists, though then you are happy again by the end of the book.

Eragon (Book) 4 stars
Author: Christopher Paolini

The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep (Movie in Theaters) 4 stars
Author: Walden Media
"From the people who brought you The Chronicles of Narnia." -- that's what it says on the poster for The Water Horse:Legend of the Deep (PG) based on a book by the author of Babe. Not only is this better than the tale of the Wilbur-like outcast pig, but the visual effects are pure genius. While it's not as entertaining as its "From the people who brought..." would like you to believe, it's still an enchanting family psuedo-fantasy film about letting go of tragedies and the power of a friend. It's like the modern E.T.

The story begins when two teenagers come across a famous picture, at a museum, of the Loch Ness Monster. One wonders what it is. Another knows it's fake. "How do know that?" the inquiring girl asks. "Everyone knows, that," he responds. Then they meet an old man who tells the duo the story of Crusoe, a "water horse" found by a lonely boy in WWII Scotland, who befriends the fast-growing beast. It's an enchanting movie. I recommend it.
