Two parallel walls in the Materials Library are covered with millwork derived from Pieter Bruegel's depiction of the Tower of Babel (Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna). Mirrors occupying the window frames of the millwork reinforce the theme of infinite reproduction. It is a grand meditation on the monumental and reflective nature of language.
