Foreclosure Intervention Class in Spanish
Esta clase sera dirijida por Neighborhood Housing Services Silicon Valley, un organización no lucrativa patrocinada por el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo urbano. Participantes seran educados sobre que son los pasos necesarios que deben tomar cuando hacer el pago de la casa es difícil. En la clase se hablara de cómo evitar los engaños de la ejecución de las hipotecas, como hablar con su prestamista/banco, como juntar todos sus documentos necesarios, como hacer un presuspuesto mensual y como recibir ayuda de una de nuestras consejeras. Todos nuestro servicios son completamente gratis. Pedimos que todos los participantes asistan a las clase con una lista de sus gastos mensuales y una copia de su factura de pago mensual. This is a Foreclosure Intervention class taught by Neighborhood Housing Services Silicon Valley, a non-profit HUD approved counseling agency. Participants will learn the steps they need to take when making a mortgage payment has become difficult. The class will talk about how to avoid foreclosure scams, how to talk to your lender, how to compile all necessary documents for your lender, how to budget and how to receive help from one of our counselors. All our services are completely free. We ask the participant please bring a list of their monthly expenses and a copy of their most recent mortgage payment. We also ask that they please register for the class by calling (408) 279-2600 to ensure that there are enough handouts.
